These products are intimate garments that come into direct contact with the body and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold after delivery. this policy is in place to protec the health and safety of all customers by ensuring that every item received is new, unused, and hygenic. 

Damaged, Defective, or incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Bale Form within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review you claim. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at the discretion of Bale Fajas.

Product Condition Requirements

All claims are subject to inspection Products that show signs of use, wear, washing, alterations, odors, stains, makeup, lotions, bodily fluids, missing tags, removed protective packaging, or intentional damage will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Bale Form reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product is not in its original condition or if the damage appears to have occured after delivery.
